#1. The responsibility of the guest.

If you are on a podcast you are taking up someone's time. So don't waste it. SHARE something that's actually going to make someone want to remember your name and check out your content.

This means actually preparing ahead of time.

(What I did was create a slide deck for podcast interviews)

Prior to getting on the show, you need to have something worthy to share.

To attract more listeners, grow your podcast and gain attention, here are the three overlooked places to repurpose your episodes.

1. LinkedIn - Anything less than 10 min can be cut into a podcast

2. IGTV - See examples in the video but ANY video or Podcast can be shared there.

3. Email and Messenger Bot Follow up.

Since you have podcasts already out and you have (or will have in the near future) an email list then its time to recycle that content for email and bot follow up to build the relationship.
